Surprada -Casa da Muntogna is a small apartment building in Flims, a mountain region in the canton of Graubünden (Switzerland).
Conceived and managed by Silveroc Real Estate, Surprada is not a conventional-apartment-building: it’s a space with a unique personality that comes from the passion of the company.
On the early stages, we collaborated with Silveroc on the creation of the concept, logo and identity.
The concept comes from the close mountains around the building, and is reflected by the organic traces and the watercolors of local animals that will work as the building signage.
